Living In The Moment

I started my website today in the hopes of connecting to the world. At times life can be wonderful but also at times it can be very challenging and upsetting for everyone. We all seem to perceive life as if we are all separate from each other but if we look deeply within ourselves we find that we are very similar and connected in this world. I created this website to discuss life's challenges with everyone almost a platform where we all can connect and help each other through our journey in life. The current standards of society can be daunting for us all pulling us into a reality in which we were not prepared for. Most of us struggle to survive in this generation accepting our daily roles reluctantly in the career that ultimately was suited not entirely what we wanted for ourselves. Its funny how occupied our imagination can be with the emotional content of our past experiences and trauma. Evidently shaping our perception of who we really think we are as a human being. So the most fundamental question off all is do you live in a hostile or friendly universe what does waking up everyday feel like for you do you think to yourself what a beautiful day or here we go again another day. During my time of being on this planet I have come to realize that all external material ultimately will not fulfil the missing pieces of your puzzle. Take the time out everyday to yourself to internally look within there you will find answers to all the problems your mind has created. The mind consistently wants your attention producing thoughts that mostly are not relative to the current moment. I have come to realize that my mind perception of myself is all a lie made up of all the knowledge and accumulation of information I have obtained/experienced. Only when I disengage from the processes of my mind do I honestly feel alive and honestly realize who I truly am. So the idea of all this is restricting your thinking living in the now and always seeking stillness and awareness in the current moment peace to all God bless!!!!
